Humility leads to exaltation

But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisted the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. 

7. Submit yourselves therfore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 

8. Draw nigh to God and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners and purify your hearts, ye doubleminded. 

 9. Be afflicted an mourn and weep; let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to heaviness. 

10. Humble youselves in the sigth of the Lord and He shall lift you up. (James 4:6-10)

Satan försöker att begränsa dina böner, därför att han vet att dina böner kommer att begränsa honom. 

"Vaken och bedjen att I icke mån komma i frestelse. Anden är villig, men köttet är svagt". (Matt 26:41)

"Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation; the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak". (Matt 26:41)

Nästa gång Satan påminner dig om ditt förflutna, påminn honom om hans framtid.

"Varen nu Gud underdåniga. Men stån emot djävulen så skall han fly bort ifrån eder"! (Jak 4:7)
