The Lords prayer

Give us this day our daily bread...

(My grandmother on my mothers side, Juliana Juto is baking bread)

...and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

After Jesus had been baptized by John, he was by the Spirit taken out to the desert for temptation by the devil. When Jesus had fasted for 40 days and 40 nights, He became hungry and Satan was soon trying to get Him fallen and said to Jesus; If you are the son of God, pray that these stones become bread and eat. But as we can read in Matthew 4:4, Jesus was awake and responded Satan; "It is written;" Man shall live not only of bread, but of all that proceeds from the mouth of God."

My dear readers, here we can learn and understand how incredibly important it is that we take care and strengthen ourselves in spirit, body and soul! And we do so by eating both spiritual and ordinary nutritional food. Just as obvious as it is that we should eat nutritious food for our bodies to function, stay strong and keep health, like important is it that we should "eat" the word of God!

Read the Bible, be awake and pray!

From Jesus Mountain Speech:

9. After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

10. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

11. Give us this day our daily bread.

12. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

13. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

14. For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:

15. But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.  (Matt 6:9-15) KJV

"Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;" (Rom. 12:12)

"Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;" (Col. 4:2)

"Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice." (Phil. 4:4)

Heavenly Father, I give myself and all that I am in Your loving arms! I thank You dear Lord that You keep my family, my friends, my readers and me safe today! In the name of Jesus Christ, amen!

Peace and Blessings of the Lord Jesus Christ!
